Refund and Cancellation Policy
01. Refund and Cancellation Terms
The company automatically covers trades based on mathematical calculations of exposure. We reserve the right to cancel any trade made outside of this calculation for any reason. Arbitrage trading and scalping methods are prohibited and considered illegal.
Refund Example: Clients are eligible for a full refund on unused funds. However, no refunds are provided for any losses. To process a refund, clients must submit complete KYC documentation. Once submitted, refunds will be processed within 7 days, excluding any transfer fees, and will be returned to the original payment method used.
